Alan Grose, J.D., Legal Resources Research Attorney

Alan Grose

Alan Grose, J.D., is NACUA’s Legal Resources Research Attorney. He supports the Legal Resources team by drafting summaries for NACUA’s New Cases and Developments, responding to research requests, preparing legal memoranda and materials, and assisting in the maintenance of NACUA’s Resource Library. He graduated magna cum laude from the American University Washington College of Law in May 2022.  Prior to graduation, Alan was a part-time Law Clerk with NACUA.

Prior to joining NACUA, he was Director of Academic Affairs at The Washington Center for Internships and Academic Seminars. Alan has also taught philosophy at Baruch College, City University of New York and the Brooklyn Campus of Long Island University.  Alan earned his Ph.D. in philosophy from the CUNY Graduate Center, his M.A. in philosophy and social policy from American University, and his B.A. in philosophy from Furman University, where he graduated magna cum laude and was a member of Phi Beta Kappa.
