Online Courses

NACUA’s online courses give participants in-depth coverage of important issues in the practice of higher education law. Courses feature PowerPoint presentations narrated by leading higher education law experts (like a series of pre-recorded webinars), extensive course materials, self-assessments and instructor-led conference calls.

On September 22, 2017, the U.S. Department of Education, Office for Civil Rights (OCR) withdrew the 2011 Dear Colleague Letter on Sexual Violence and the 2011 Dear Colleague Letter on Sexual Violence and 2014 Q & A on Title IX and Sexual Violence and issued a new Q & A. (See Dear Colleague Letter Withdrawing 2011 and 2014 Guidance and Interim Q&A on Campus Sexual Misconduct, U.S. Department of Education, Office for Civil Rights, September 22, 2017). As a result, much of the content in this course is substantively out-of-date. In the interest of providing accurate and timely information to our members and their campus colleagues, NACUA will be updating the course and will resume registrations after the course is updated.  We will update this site and notify NACUA members when registration for the course re-opens. We appreciate your interest in the course and thank you for your patience.
