CLE Workshops

These 2-3 day workshops, a mix of virtual and in-person for 2023-2024, provide up-to-date legal information from practitioners with real “hands-on” experience, and equally important—give members the critical opportunity to interact with colleagues who share their challenges and concerns. General Counsel Institute (biennial)

The General Counsel Institute is designed to address the concerns and issues facing the in-house General Counsel of a college or university. Whether serving as a sole counsel or directing an office of several other attorneys, the chief legal officers of college and universities face unique challenges commensurate with their unique responsibilities. The Institute is an opportunity for in-house General Counsel from around the country to gather with and learn from their peers.
