NACUA offers competitive salaries and employee incentives.

RETIREMENT

NACUA sponsors a 403(b) retirement plan with TIAA and contributes up to 10% of salary after eligibility requirements are met.

NACUA covers 100% of Individual Medical and Dental premiums and 50% of Vision premiums for most employees. We also offer Life Insurance, Flexible Spending Accounts, and an Employee Assistance Program.

HYBRID WORKPLACE

NACUA offers a hybrid work schedule, with just two in-person days a week at our office conveniently located near the Dupont Circle Metro Station in Washington, DC.
