NACUA’s very first strategic priority is to: Continue to maintain NACUA's historic commitment to volunteer participation in its programming and governance, with continuing attention to diversity and inclusiveness, and find ways to engage members that complement their needs and interests while being mindful of the demands on their workloads. Volunteers are the lifeblood of NACUA. As a result of active member participation in Committees, Advisory Groups and Editorial Boards, the Association is able to expand its reach considerably, respond to member needs effectively and implement a broad array of programs and services successfully.
