She has received honors through the San Diego Business Journal’s General Counsel Awards and the San Diego Daily Transcript’s Power of Attorneys programs, both of which recognize top corporate counsel in the community. In 2014, her office was recognized with the Powerful Partnership Award, in recognition of outstanding collaboration with USD’s Student Affairs team to enhance the quality of the student experience. Ms. Douglas is a member of the San Diego Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel and is a graduate of LEAD San Diego.

Kelly earned her bachelor’s degree in international relations from Stanford University.
