Rates and Reservations: Experient is the Official Housing Provider for the NACUA January 2020 CLE Workshop. To make reservations at the NACUA rate of $199 single/double occupancy, you must follow the personalized housing link you received in your registration confirmation. You will not be able to book hotel accommodations at the NACUA rate until you have completed registration.
Reservation Deadline: Reservations, changes, and cancellations can be made until Sunday, January 5, 2020. Between Monday, January 6 - Sunday, January 12, 2020 you will not be able to change or cancel an existing reservation. As of Monday, January 13, 2020, please contact your hotel directly to make changes or cancel your reservation. Reservations must be cancelled 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation penalty.
Waitlist: If you would like to book an extended stay at the workshop hotel, you may be placed on a waitlist for days falling outside of NACUA’s room block (January 29 - 31, 2020). This does not affect the portion of your reservation made under NACUA’s room block, which is guaranteed immediately after checkout.
Experient, our Official Housing Provider, will send all waitlisted individuals a confirmation when their extended reservation has been confirmed with the hotel. If you do not receive confirmation within one week, please contact Experient at 800-967-8852 (International registrants, please call 847-996-5832) or by email at nacua@experient-inc.com.
