The Changing Landscape of Higher Education Discrimination Law: Current and Future Challenges

Who Should Attend?

This program is at the intermediate to advanced level. Presenters presume attendees have some familiarity and experience with higher education discrimination law. The workshop is directed to college and university counsel with responsibility for discrimination law matters in employment, student affairs, and contracting. Counsel may also wish to invite administrators with significant responsibilities with respect to employment law, personnel and human resources, and student affairs.

Get everything you need for the March 2017 CLE Workshop online! With our new web-based technology, participants can download materials in real time and take notes directly onto downloaded pages. Materials received prior to the workshop will be made available online before the event so that you can print what you need in advance. Please note that we will no longer be distributing hard copy binders on site. Hard copy binders will be available for purchase and will be shipped after the March 2017 CLE Workshop.

Detailed information regarding how to access conference materials will be sent to registrants. NACUA staff will be onsite to offer assistance. If you have any questions regarding materials, please contact the NACUA office at 202-833-8390. 

1What is included in my registration fee?
Your registration fee includes: Entrance to all sessions, CLE credit fee, continental breakfasts, coffee breaks, luncheon, reception, and pre- and online access to materials.

2Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests must be received in writing, via email, to Sarah Romano (sromano@nacua.org) no later than Friday, March 3, in order to receive a full refund*. Approved cancellation requests received: after Friday, March 3 and by Friday, March 10 qualify for a 75% refund*; after Friday, March 10 and by Friday, March 24 qualify for a 50% refund*; after Friday, March 24 and by Tuesday, March 28 qualify for a 30% refund*. If requests for cancellations are not received by Tuesday, March 28, no refunds or credits will be issued for any reason, no exceptions. *All refunds are subject to a $50 administrative fee and will be processed after the meeting.

3Photography
A professional photographer may be on site to document the meeting event and activities. Photographs and video footage are the sole property of NACUA. By registering for and/or attending this event, attendees understand that NACUA may use their likenesses for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please notify the photographer on site.
