CLE Credit Information

Am I eligible to receive CLE credit in my state?

  • NACUA certifies that this program has been presumptively approved and conforms to the standards prescribed by the rules and regulations of the State Bars of AK, AZ, AR, CA, CT, DE, HI, NV, NH, NJ, NM, PA, RI, VT, WV and WY.

  • NACUA will apply for CLE credit from the following states: AL, CO, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, ME, MN, MS, MO, MT, NE, NC, ND, OH, OK, OR, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA and WI.

  • The New York Approved Jurisdiction policy may apply to this program. New York attorneys may apply CLE credit from one of the approved jurisdiction states towards their NY CLE requirement.   • The following states do not have CLE requirements and therefore require no report of attendance or filing: MD, MA, MI, SD and DC.

  • NACUA does not apply for CLE Credit for post-event recordings. However, you may be eligible to apply directly to your state bar. 

  • NACUA cannot guarantee CLE credit for self-study with post-event recordings, in applicable states, after the 1-year anniversary of the original live webinar.

How many CLE credits are available for this program?

  • NACUA will apply for a total of 120 minutes of CLE credit.

    • 2.0 CLE credits (based on a 60-minute hour)

    • 2.4 CLE credits (based on a 50-minute hour)

I would like NACUA to apply on my behalf for CLE credit. How do I do this?

  • Attorneys interested in having NACUA apply for their CLE credit must complete the Attendance Record and for certain states, the Certificate of Attendance and Verification Codes. All forms are available in the webinar platform and in NACUA’s Online Learning Center.

  • Please return the Attendance Record and, if applicable, the Certificate of Attendance and Verification Codes, to NACUA (https://www.nacua.org/submitCLE). Depending on the state's rules, NACUA will process your credit with the MCLE record-keeping authority in the state(s) you provided.

  • If you are seeking CLE credit in Kansas, New York, Ohio, or Pennsylvania, please include the verification codes that were announced and displayed during the program on the verification codes form.

  • If you are seeking CLE credit from Ohio or Pennsylvania, you must complete the webinar evaluation.
