Rachel Cronin Headshot
Rachel S. Cronin represents employers in discrimination, wrongful discharge, whistleblower retaliation, employment misclassification, trade secret misappropriation, and related matters. Rachel also has substantial experience representing colleges and universities on complex and high-profile legal challenges, including Title IX and Clery Act investigations and related litigation. Recently, Rachel served as the General Counsel at Occidental College. Rachel received a B.A. from the University of Redlands and a J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School.

  
Andrea Stagg Headshot
Andrea Stagg is Deputy General Counsel at Barnard College. Previously, she advised the SUNY Colleges at New Paltz, Oneonta, and Plattsburgh on all legal matters and served as the State University's System-wide expert in Title IX compliance, including negotiating SUNY's resolution agreement with the Department of Education's Office for Civil Rights. Andrea co-coordinated a working group that created SUNY's sexual and interpersonal violence prevention and response policies, which formed the basis for New York Education Law Article 129B. Andrea graduated Phi Beta Kappa with high honors from Rutgers University and received her law degree from The George Washington University, where she was an intern in the Office of General Counsel. Before law school she worked in federal higher education lobbying for Rutgers University.
