Individuals from NACUA Member Institutions: $349 per person
Individuals from Non-Member Institutions: $449 per person
Course registration and access may not be shared with others. Each person must register individually to access and participate in the course.

TO PAY BY CHECK OR CREDIT CARD:

  • Each registration must use the name and email of the person who will be taking the course. Assistants may not register multiple individuals under the same name or email.
  • Both members and non-members can register here. Credit card payments are only accepted with Visa or Mastercard. If paying by check, an invoice will be e-mailed upon registration.
  • No refunds will be issued for any reason.

 

ATTENDANCE & ELIGIBILITY

WHO SHOULD PARTICIPATE IN THE ONLINE COURSE?

This online course will be of interest to college and university counsel who advise institutions on the legal aspects of Clery Act compliance, as well as administrators with significant Clery Act obligations, including law enforcement officials and student affairs, judicial/conduct, and residential life professionals. Please note that the course is at a basic level; instructors will therefore spend the majority of the course on basic Clery Act rules and concepts.

WHO IS ELIGIBLE?

Attorneys and Other Administrators from NACUA Member Institutions: If you are an attorney or other administrator from a NACUA member institution or associate member institution, or if you are an associate individual member, you are eligible to register for this online course. After reviewing the course schedule, member attorneys are encouraged to invite administrators on their campus to register for the online course.

Attorneys and Other Administrators from Non-Member Institutions: You must be an attorney or other administrator currently representing or employed by an accredited non-profit college or university to be eligible to register for this online course. Non-member attorneys and other administrators representing or employed by colleges or universities that are not NACUA member institutions must affirm that they meet NACUA's eligibility Requirement. NACUA may contact non-members directly to notify them about the status of their registration and to gather additional information, if necessary. NACUA reserves the right to cancel your registration for this online course if you do not meet the above requirements.
