WHO SHOULD PARTICIPATE IN THE ONLINE COURSE?
This program will be of interest to college and university counsel with responsibility for providing advice on student matters and the handling of student education records, campus safety and information technology issues. Other campus administrators who may benefit from this program include senior student affairs and academic affairs staff, registrars, and faculty or staff with significant access to or responsibility for oversight of student education records. After reviewing the schedule, institutions may determine that there are other campus administrators who would benefit from the program as well.
WHO IS ELIGIBLE?
Attorneys and Other Administrators from NACUA Member Institutions: If you are an attorney or other administrator from a NACUA member institution or associate member institution, or if you are an associate individual member, you are eligible to register for this online course. After reviewing the course schedule, member attorneys are encouraged to invite administrators on their campus to register for the online course.
Attorneys and Other Administrators from Non-Member Institutions: You must be an attorney or other administrator currently representing or employed by an accredited non-profit college or university to be eligible to register for this online course. Non-member attorneys and other administrators representing or employed by colleges or universities that are not NACUA member institutions must affirm that they meet this additional eligibility Requirement.*
