Who Should Attend

This is an intermediate-advanced level program. Registrants will be presumed to have general knowledge of institutional compliance programs and of issues surrounding institutional compliance. The program is directed to college and university counsel with responsibility for institutional compliance programs and issues. Campus administrators such as compliance officers, risk managers, and others with significant responsibility for college and university compliance will also benefit from the program, and after reviewing the program schedule, NACUA members may wish to invite such administrators to attend the program.

Materials

Get everything you need for the November 2019 CLE Workshop online! This year, all session materials and presentations can be found exclusively in the NACUA App! To access materials and/or PowerPoints, select a session in the app schedule and scroll to the bottom. To view materials from all sessions in one document, open the "Materials" icon in the mobile app. Information on how to download the November event in the NACUA app will be sent out the week before the workshop.

Materials received prior to the workshop will be made available before the event so that you can print what you need in advance. Please note that we no longer distribute or sell hard copy binders of materials.

Detailed information regarding how to access conference materials will be sent to registrants the week before the program. NACUA staff will be onsite to offer assistance. If you have any questions regarding materials, please contact the NACUA office at 202-833-8390. 

1Receipt Date
Advance registration for the November 2019 CLE Workshop will close on November 6, 2019. If after November 6, 2019 you would like to register for the workshop NACUA will process your registration on site. Please bring a copy of the registration form and a signed endorsement letter (if applicable) to the registration desk at the Omni Shoreham Hotel. 2What is included in my registration fee?
Your registration fee includes: Entrance to all sessions, CLE credit fee, continental breakfasts, coffee breaks, luncheon, reception, and pre- and post-event online access to materials.

3Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests must be submitted through the online request form on or before November 12, 2019.No refunds will be granted for requests submitted after November 12, 2019.

A refund of all fees, minus a $75 administrative fee, will be given for cancellations received on or before November 6, 2019.

Requests for cancellations received between November 7, 2019 and November 12, 2019 will be granted a full refund minus the $75 administrative fee and a $200 food and beverage fee.  As of mid-November, NACUA had to guarantee all food and beverage expenses for all registered attendees.

NACUA regrets that refunds will not be given for no-shows.  All approved refunds will be granted after the workshop. 

NOTE: The cancellation policy applies to all registrants for the 2019 November CLE Workshop regardless of payment method. Attendees with unpaid invoices cancelled under this policy are still responsible for payment of the administrative and food and beverage fees.

4Photography
A professional photographer may be on site to document the meeting event and activities. Photographs and video footage are the sole property of NACUA. By registering for and/or attending this event, attendees understand that NACUA may use their likenesses for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please notify the photographer on site.
