EVENTS FOR NEW MEMBERS

NACUA is pleased to offer events designed to help new members acclimate to their first annual conference, learn more about general higher education law issues, and meet fellow NACUA member attorneys. Whether you are a new attorney or an experienced attorney new to higher education law, we highly encourage you to attend the following events:

THROUGHOUT THE CONFERENCE

FRIDAY, JUNE 26 – TUESDAY, JUNE 30

Small Group Dinners and Lunch

Whether you are a new or returning conference attendee, getting together with colleagues over dinner is a great way to network. We are continuing to offer conference attendees the opportunity to sign up for small group dinners and lunches at several local restaurants. Reservations have been made for small groups of up to six attendees from Friday, June 26 to Tuesday, June 30. There is also an opportunity to network with colleagues during lunch on the conference's half day on Monday, June 29. Let us do the work for you — all you need to do is show up, meet, eat, network, and enjoy. Watch for more information about these events in upcoming messages from NACUA.

SATURDAY, JUNE 27 – SUNDAY, JUNE 28

Lawyers New to Higher Education Workshop

This comprehensive and intensive workshop is designed to provide member attorneys new to the practice of higher education law with an orientation into key areas of the practice. For more information, please visit the workshop website.
