This position serves as the first point of contact for all employee and labor relations issues; serves as HR liaison with the Office of General Counsel in matters of labor and employee relations; supports the development, implementation and administration of labor and employee relations programs and policies. Serves as AA/EEO Officer providing guidance in the areas of all AA/EEO and Compliance related issues; primary responsibility is management of all labor policies and procedures. Master's degree in human resource mgmt or labor studies plus 5 years of professional and supervisory experience. JD degree from an accredited law school is preferred. Supervisory experience in public sector, higher education, unionized setting also preferred.
