NACUA is pleased to announce the launch of the Higher Education Compliance Alliance – a new online resource devoted to helping the higher education community comply with the ever-growing body of federal law and regulation that affects colleges and universities.

Spearheaded by the NACUA, the Compliance Alliance is now comprised of 21 participating associations representing a broad cross-section of higher education interests. These associations share a joint commitment to providing high quality resources on a diverse range of compliance topics as a service to the higher education community at large.

The site does not replace NACUA’s own legal reference service archives, where the great majority of NACUA’s conference outlines, publications and resources remain password protected for the benefit of NACUA members only. However, through the Higher Education Compliance Alliance website, NACUA and 20 other associations have agreed to make selected resources from their libraries available as a service to the higher education community. In this way, the Higher Education Compliance Alliance will serve as a complement to the vast resources available on NACUA’s own site, by allowing NACUA members access to materials from other associations as well.
