Clearinghouse of Training Materials for the Practice of Preventive Law in Higher EducationNACUA received a grant from The William Bingham Foundation to execute a study of existing preventive law training programs at colleges and universities and to establish a clearinghouse of training materials and resources that can be adapted by higher education institutions of all types and sizes. In summer 2006, NACUA conducted a survey of its institutional members to learn about their existing preventive law training programs, specifically whether training is conducted, by whom and for whom; the delivery of training materials; and the measurements of success. To review the survey's Executive Summary, please click here. To review the survey's Summary of Results, please click here. The Clearinghouse is a compilation of resources culled from member institutions, third-party providers and other associations. It is intended to assist NACUA members in designing and developing training programs at their institutions to further the practice of preventive law. The materials are categorized according to topical areas and by the type of resource provided (e.g., power point or web tutorial). Search the Clearinghouse Using Topical Headings
