College Athletics Update: Emerging Legal Issues

Intercollegiate athletics programs can present the most exciting and the most challenging issues for college and university attorneys. Legal developments involving athletics at all levels continue to dominate the news and impact colleges and universities in significant ways. This webinar will explore the role of counsel at institutions both large and small to reduce risk and address the broad range of day-to-day athletic questions that may include high profile litigation, NCAA and OCR compliance and investigations, contract negotiations, and campus-based employee and student-athlete conduct.
