Your registration fee includes: Entrance to all sessions, CLE credit fee, continental breakfasts, coffee breaks, luncheon, reception, a full binder of session materials and online access to materials.
Cancellation Requests must be received in writing, via email, to Jane Garfinkel (jg@nacua.org) no later than Friday, January 1, in order to receive a full refund*. Approved cancellation requests received: after Friday, January 1 and by Friday, January 8 qualify for a 75% refund*; after Friday, January 8 and by Friday, January 15 qualify for a 50% refund*; after Friday, January 15 and by Thursday, January 21 qualify for a 30% refund*. If requests for cancellations are not received by Thursday, January 21, no refunds or credits will be issued for any reason, no exceptions. *All refunds are subject to a $50 administrative fee and will be processed after the meeting.
A professional photographer may be on site to document the meeting event and activities. Photographs and video footage are the sole property of NACUA. By registering for and/or attending this event, attendees understand that NACUA may use their likenesses for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please notify the photographer on site.

Non-Members: Download the non-member registration form. Upon receipt of your registration form, NACUA will contact you, via email, regarding payment (if applicable).



This program will have two separate tracks at the basic and advanced levels, and will be of interest to college and university counsel who advise institutions on Title IX, Clery/VAWA, sexual harassment, student conduct, and law enforcement issues. Campus administrators who may benefit from the program include Title IX Coordinators, student affairs and student conduct personnel, risk managers, human resources and personnel administrators, and campus law enforcement personnel.


Attorneys and Other Administrators from NACUA Member Institutions: If you are an attorney or another administrator from a NACUA Member Institution or Associate Member Institution, or if you are an Associate Individual Member, you are eligible to register for this workshop at the member rate. If you are not currently listed as a NACUA member on your institution’s official membership roster, you must include a signed letter from your institution’s Primary Representative with your registration form (to view a sample letter click here). Attorneys and Other Administrators from Non-Member Institutions: You must be an attorney or other administrator currently representing or employed by a non-profit accredited college or university to be eligible to attend the workshop. Non-member attorneys or other administrators representing or employed by colleges or universities that are not NACUA Member Institutions must include a letter with the following information with your registration form: 1. Confirmation that you currently represent or are employed by a non-profit accredited college or university (to view a sample letter click here); and 2. Affirmation that you meet NACUA’s eligibility requirement.

All non-members must send their registration forms to Jane Garfinkel's attention. NACUA will contact all non-members directly to notify them about the status of their registration and to gather additional information, if necessary. Registrations will not be processed until the required information above is received by NACUA.
