Cancellation Policy 

Cancellation requests must be submitted through the online request form on or before June 21, 2019. No refunds will be granted for requests submitted after June 21, 2019.

A refund of all fees, minus a $75 administrative fee, will be given for cancellations received on or before June 14, 2019.

Requests for Annual Conference cancellations received between June 15, 2019 and June 21, 2019 will be granted a full refund minus the $75 administrative fee and a $270 food and beverage fee.  As of mid-June, NACUA had to guarantee all food and beverage expenses for all registered attendees.

Requests for Lawyers New to Higher Education Workshop cancellations received between June 15, 2019 and June 21, 2019 will be granted a full refund minus the $75 administrative fee.

Cancellation requests from attendees registered for both the Annual Conference and the Lawyers New to Higher Education Workshop will be charged one $75 administrative fee. NACUA will waive the administrative fee for attendees registered for both events who need to cancel a registration for only the Workshop.

NACUA regrets that refunds will not be given for no-shows.  All approved refunds will be granted after the conference.

NOTE: The cancellation policy applies to all registrants for the 2019 Annual Conference and Lawyers New to Higher Education Workshop regardless of payment method. Attendees with unpaid invoices cancelled under this policy are still responsible for payment of the administrative and food and beverage fees. Failure to pay the cancellation fees outlined above may result in in-eligibility to attend future NACUA meetings.
