Only NACUA member attorneys and employees of NACUA member institutions are eligible to register for courses.Cost:
> Single Registrant from an Institution: $299.00 per registrant
> Multiple Registrants from an Institution: First registrant: $299.00; additional registrants: $199.00
NACUA Members To Pay By Credit Card:
> NACUA members register here to pay using a Visa or Mastercard. You will need to enter the registrant’s NACUA website username and password. If you do not know the registrant’s username and password, please contact Michelle Parker at 202-833-8390.
Non-Members To Pay By Credit Card:
> If you are not a NACUA member, but are employed at a NACUA member institution, you can register here to pay using a Visa or Mastercard.
To Pay By Check:
> Both members and non-members can submit this registration form to pay by check.
Eligibility for Online Courses
Who Should Participate in the Online Course?
This course is designed for campus Title IX Coordinators and other administrators with Title IX responsibilities. After reviewing the schedule, institutions may determine that there are other campus administrators who would benefit from the program as well.
Who is Eligible?
If you are an attorney or another administrator from a NACUA Member Institution or Associate Member Institution, or if you are an Associate Individual Member, you are eligible to register for online courses.
Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation Policy Prior to Start Date (May 21, 2012):
Refunds minus a $50.00 administrative fee will be issued for cancellations prior to the start date of the course (May 21, 2012.)
2. Course Withdrawal Policy After Start Date:
Withdrawals from a course are accepted within one week (7 days) from the course's start date (May 21-28, 2012). Withdrawals are subject to an administrative fee of $75.00.
No refunds will be given for cancellations received after the first week of the course.

Cancellation notices must be communicated in writing by email to Joshua Dermott at cbh@nacua.org or by fax at 202-296-8379 ATTN: Joshua Dermott. Phone calls/messages will not be accepted. Note: refunds will be issued by check.
