Cost:
> Single Registrant from an Institution: $299 per registrant
> Multiple Registrants from an Institution: First registrant: $299; additional registrants: $199

Eligibility for Online Courses
Who Should Participate in the Online Course?
NACUA member attorneys and employees of NACUA member institutions are eligible to register for online courses. Employees of non-member institutions are also eligible if employed by accredited non-profit colleges or universities.
This course will be of interest to attorneys and administrators who would like to gain a more thorough understanding of immigration concepts that apply to foreign employees and students. Campus administrators who may benefit from the program include international services personnel, student and scholar services personnel, human resource personnel, and compliance officers and other administrators responsible for foreign employees and students.
Who is Eligible?
If you are a member attorney from a law firm or a member institution, or another administrator from a NACUA Member Institution or Associate Member Institution, or if you are an Associate Individual Member, you are eligible to register for online courses. If you are an employee of a non-member institution you are also eligible to register if you are employed by an accredited non-profit college or university. You are also eligible if you are employed by a law firm, assists a NACUA member attorney in their representation of a NACUA Member Institution, and confirm that you meet the commonality of interest policy statement.
Cancellation
Cancellation Policy Prior to Start Date:
Refunds minus a $50 admini-
strative fee will be issued for cancellations prior to the start date of the course (April 29).
Course Withdrawal Policy After Start Date:
Withdrawals from a course are accepted within one week (7 days) from the course's start date of April 29. Withdrawals are subject to an administrative fee of $75.
No refunds will be given for cancellations received after the first week of the course.
How to Cancel/Withdrawal
Cancellation notices must be communicated in writing by email to Caitlynn Coster at cmc@nacua.org.
Please note that all refunds will be issued by check.
