The University of West Florida Office of the General Counsel is seeking a part-time staff attorney.  This is a .75 FTE position (30 hours per week), but could increase depending upon work load.  The individual hired for this position must have a law degree from an accredited law school and two years' experience as an attorney and must be a member of the Florida Bar.  Applicants are required to attach a cover letter, resume, writing sample, and list of three professional references with contact information.  To apply all applicants must go to jobs.uwf.edu and submit an application and all documents required.  The individual hired for this position will review contracts for the University and perform other legal duties as assigned.  Preferred qualifications include three years' experience in drafting and reviewing contracts, Florida university or Florida agency contract experience.
