NACUANET

What is NACUANET?

NACUANET is the electronic email discussion list of the National Association of College and University Attorneys, and is available free to NACUA member attorneys. There are currently over 2400 of your NACUA colleagues subscribed to this service and you can expect to receive 10-20 messages per day (you can also choose to receive only one email per day which contains all the day's messages). The NACUANET Listserv is intended to facilitate communication between and among NACUA members and includes messages on such topics as:

  • Recent legislation, caselaw, and specific campus situations.
  • Solicitation of suggestions, experiences, sample policies and contracts, and legal briefs or memos.
  • Law office management, administrative issues, interesting websites, and "lighter" topics.
  • Position announcements.

Click here if you are a NACUA member and would like to subscribe to the service.

The NACUANET message archives are also available in a web-based version so that you can search the archive of over 65,000 messages from your colleagues.
