FN10.   The Rule provides that the IDIQ contracts should be modified on a bilateral basis in accordance with FAR 1.108(d)(3) to require E-Verify enrollment if the remaining period of performance under the contract extends at least six months after September 8, 2009 and if the remaining work under the contract is expected to be “substantial.”  FAR Case 2007-013, Employment Eligibility Verification, 73 Fed.
