Daryl J. Lapp is a partner in the Boston office of Edwards Angell Palmer & Dodge LLP where he chairs the firm’s Educational Institutions Practice Group. Daryl regularly litigates employment, student affairs, and other cases for the firm’s college and university clients, and regularly advises those clients outside of litigation on a wide range of subjects including FERPA and other privacy issues, student disciplinary proceedings, campus security, corporate governance, and employment matters. He holds a B.A. from Swarthmore College and a J.D. cum laude from Northwestern University School of Law.
