Joseph Storch is an
Assistant Counsel at the State University of New York Office of University Counsel. In addition to campus representation, he
concentrates on domestic and workplace violence policies, campus safety, admissions and
financial aid, FERPA, and the legal issues created by the use and development of emerging
technologies. He graduated Summa Cum Laude
from the State University of New York, College at Oswego where he served as Vice President
of the Student Association and received a 2002 Chancellors Award for Student
Excellence. After working as an Admissions
Counselor, he attended Cornell Law School where he served as Chancellor of the Moot Court
Board. Joe's work has appeared in the
Chronicle of Higher Education, Inside Higher Ed, the Orlando Sentinel, the Medical Trial
Techniques Quarterly, and Court Review: the Journal of the American Judges Association. He is licensed to practice law in the State of New
York.
