WHEREAS, the Committee on Membership and Member Services has recommended that the current Affirmation Statements be revised, be it THEREFORE RESOLVED that the following Affirmation Statements, be and they hereby are approved:

Member Institution (Primary Representative)
Associate Member Institutions (Primary Representative)
Associate Individual Member
