To Join NACUA

To join NACUA simply complete the correct application and send it to NACUA, along with the correct membership dues. (NACUA's membership year runs from September 1 - August 31. NACUA prorates dues beginning March 1. Please remit one-half of the annual dues if joining after March 1.) Your application will be reviewed to determine if you and/or your institution meet the membership criteria for the category for which you are applying and is subject to the approval of the Membership Chair and the NACUA Board of Directors.

Available for accredited institutions represented by licensed attorneys, both in-house and outside counsel in the United States and internationally.

Associate Institutional Membership

Available for an organization judged by the NACUA Board of Directors to have a "bona fide interest in the work of the Association and a commonality of interests with the member institutions of the Association." (This category is not open to law firms or proprietary corporations.) The annual dues for an Associate Institutional Member are $1,125. Each Associate Institutional Member must designate a primary representative and may designate one additional attorney representative. For any representatives beyond this allotted number, an additional $500 is assessed per individual.

Associate Individual Membership Form

Available for licensed attorneys in good standing judged by the NACUA Board of Directors to have a "bona fide interest in the work of the Association and a commonality of interests with the member institutions of the Association."
