NACUA Membership

Built on strong membership participation, NACUA is the premier organization in the field of higher education law and a primary source of information on legal developments facing colleges and universities. NACUA has become an increasingly vital part of the legal counsel’s day-to-day operation by providing members with a broad range of services that can be used to identify, analyze, resolve, and prevent legal problems on campus. Since 1960, when the Association was formed by a small group of attorneys who regularly provided legal services to colleges and universities, NACUA has assisted institutions of higher learning by educating attorneys about the whole range of legal issues facing higher education.
