CLE Credit Information

Similar to the NACUA Annual Conference and Workshops, Continuing Legal Education credits are available for those who participate live in a NACUA Virtual Seminar.

I would like NACUA to apply on my behalf for CLE Credit. How do I do this?

Attorneys interested in having NACUA apply for their CLE credit must complete two forms, the Certificate of Attendance form and the Attendance Record, which are included in the materials. Please return both forms to NACUA by fax (202-296-8379). Depending on the state's rules, NACUA will sign the form to verify your attendance and will either process your credit with the MCLE record-keeping authority in the state(s) you provided or return the signed form to you for your records.

Please note, if you are requesting credit in more than one state you must fill out one form per state.

The current Certificate of Attendance form isn't accepted in my state. What do I do?

Attorneys in some states need a specialized Certificate of Attendance form to submit to their state's MCLE record-keeping authority. Once the Attendance Records are received, NACUA will send out specialized forms to be distributed to participating attorneys. Please contact Meredith McMillan and let her know how many forms you need.

The states affected are: LA and VA.

Am I eligible to receive CLE credit in my state for participating in the Virtual Seminar?*

NACUA will apply to the MCLE of every state after the Virtual Seminar.

*Please note that Kansas, Ohio, and Pennsylvania do not approve virtual seminars.
