What Equipment Do I Need?

You need a touch-tone telephone. It is best to use a speakerphone.  To participate in the Web presentation, you will need a PC with an Internet connection, loaded with a Web browser. Once you have registered you will receive a toll-free number to dial in to the seminar on the day of the event. You will also be provided the link to view the online slide show.

To access the Web-based portion of the program, you will need at least a 28.8 Internet connection and a Java-enabled browser such as Netscape Navigator v4.06 to 4.7x (Netscape 6.x is not supported at this time)OR Microsoft Internet Explorer V4.01 or later with the JAVA Virtual Machine loaded. If you do not have the JAVA Virtual Machine loaded, click here for directions to download and install the Java Virtual Machine. To check your browser version, go to "Help" at the top bar of your browser and then click on "About". If you need a newer version of your browser, these are available at no cost from the Netscape and Microsoft web sites.

If you have further technical questions, please contact KRM Customer Service at 1-800-775-7654.
