The price is per site, not per person. The audio is delivered over the telephone for reliable and clear sound quality. It is recommended that you use a speakerphone so several staff members can listen to and participate in the seminars. This is a very controlled environment that has the feel of a talk-radio program.
Session handouts are delivered by mail prior to the seminar for your review, and to have in front of you during the event. If you choose the electronic option, handouts will be available online to download from the Internet prior to the presentation.
It's Interactive! During the program you will be able to queue up and ask questions of the speaker, much like a radio talk show.
