This program will be of interest to college and university counsel who advise institutions on personnel, faculty and hiring matters. The presenters will assume registrants are generally will familiar with the basic principles of personnel and employment law as they relate to the hiring process. Campus administrators who may benefit from the program include human resources and personnel adminsistrators, academic administrators with responsibilities for faculty hiring, and risk management personnel. After reviewing the program schedule, members may wish to consider inviting these or other administrators on their campus with responsibilities related to campus hiring or background checks to join them for the program.
