CLE CREDIT INFORMATION

NACUA is submitting this program for approval to the appropriate agencies of the states that certify continuing legal education programs (AL, AK, FL, GA, ID, IL, IA, KS, KY, LA, ME, MN, MT, NE, NC, ND, OH, OK, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA and WI).

NACUA certifies that this program has been presumptively approved and conforms to the standards prescribed by the rules and regulations of the State Bars of AZ, AR, CA, CO, DE, HI, IN, MS, MO, NJ, NV, NH, NM, NY, RI, VT, WV and WY.

The following states do not have CLE requirements and therefore require no report of attendance or filing: CT, MD, MA, MI, SD and DC.

Please mark your registration form if you would like NACUA to file for CLE Credit on your behalf and reconfirm your bar number and state at the program site.

Program Materials


Binder

A complimentary binder of session materials will be given to you on site.


Workshop Archive CD-ROM

Attendees can expect to recieve a fully searchable CD-ROM featuring the audio recordings, PowerPoints, and written materials of most sessions 6-8 weeks after the workshop.


Online Materials Web Access

Pre-event. Most manuscripts will be available online one week before the workshop. An email containing a link to the site and your unique username and password will be emailed to you by our vendor, Event Archives/Coe-Truman Technologies.

Post-event. After the workshop, the complete set of materials (all collected manuscripts and PowerPoints) will be available on the post-event site as well as audio recordings of most regular sessions. Access to materials will be available for 30 days after the workshop ends.
