*Registrations must be received by Feb. 19 to qualify for the early registration fee.
*Daily rates are only applicable for one day and cannot be combined. If you plan to attend multiple days, then you must register at the early bird or regular rate.
Your registration fee includes: All sessions, CLE credit fee, coffee breaks, reception, luncheon, a full binder of session materials, pre- and post-event online access to materials, and a multi-media CD-ROM of the workshop.

CANCELLATION requests received by: February 20 – February 26 receive a 75% refund; February 27 – March 12 receive a 50% refund; March 13 – March 17 receive a 30% refund. All requests must be received in writing, (by email to Meredith McMillan) no later than March 17 to receive a refund. Requests not received by March 17 will not be issued a refund or credit for any reason (no exceptions). All refunds are subject to a $50 administrative fee and will be processed after the meeting.
Who Should Attend & Eligibility Requirements
This is program is at the Advanced Level. Presenters will presume attendees have some familiarity with and experience with higher education employment law. The workshop is directed to college and university counsel with responsibility for employment law matters, as well as administrators with significant responsibilities with respect to employment law, personnel and human resources.
Attorneys and Other Administrators from NACUA Member Institutions: If you are an attorney or another administrator with responsibility for employment matters from a NACUA Member Institution or Associate Member Institution, or if you are an Associate Individual Member, you are eligible to register for this Workshop at the Member rate. If you are not currently listed as a NACUA member on your institution’s official membership roster, you must include a signed letter from your institution’s Primary Representative with your registration form. NACUA will then confirm your eligibility to attend prior to processing your registration. To find out the name of your institution’s Primary Representative click here.
Attorneys and Other Administrators from Non-Member Institutions: You must be an attorney or other administrator currently representing or employed by a non-profit or public, regionally accredited college or university with responsibility for employment matters to be eligible to attend the Workshop. Non-member attorneys or other administrators representing or employed by colleges or universities that are not NACUA member institutions must include a letter with the following information with your registration form:
1. Confirmation that you currently represent or are employed by a non-profit or public, regionally accredited college or university.
2. Affirmation that you meet NACUA’s commonality of interest requirements, which can be found here.
All non-members must send their registration forms to Haleema Burton’s attention. NACUA will contact all non-members directly to notify them about the status of their registration and to gather additional information, if necessary. Registrations will not be processed until the required information above is received by NACUA.
