A complimentary binder of session materials will be given to you on site.

A complete binder of session materials is available after the conference for purchase.

A fully searchable CD-ROM featuring the audio recordings, powerpoints, and written materials of most sessions is available.

Workshop attendees may purchase the CD for $69; however, these orders must be submitted before March 7th (the last day of the workshop) in order to receive this special rate. If you qualify for this rate, you may order the CD with your registration or fill out a form at the workshop. Non-attendees and attendees who order CDs after March 7th may purchase the CD for $199. pre-event. Some materials like manuscripts, a few PowerPoints, etc. will be available on-line one week before the workshop. An email containing a link to the site and your unique username and password will be emailed to you by our vendor, Conference Archives.
post-event. After the workshop, the complete set of materials (all collected manuscripts and  PowerPoints) will be available on the post-event site as well as audio recordings of most regular sessions. Access to these materials will be available for 30 days after the workshop ends.
