Program Eligibility
This program is open to members serving as the in-house Chief Legal Officer/General Counsel of their institution, and/or the Deputy General Counsel.
Your Registration Fee Includes:
Your registration fee includes: Entrance to all sessions, CLE credit fee, continental breakfasts, coffee breaks, luncheon, reception, a full binder of session materials, pre- and post-event online access to materials, and a multi-media CD-ROM of the workshop shipped to you after the program.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests must be received in writing, via email, to Meredith McMillan (mmc@nacua.org) no later than Friday, December 14, in order to receive a full refund*. Approved cancellations requests received: after Friday, December 14 and by Friday, December 21 qualify for a 75% refund*; after Friday, December 21 and by Friday, January 4 qualify for a 50% refund*; after Friday, January 4 and by Wednesday, January 9 qualify for a 30% refund*. If requests for cancellations are not received by Wednesday, January 9, no refunds or credits will be issued for any reason, no exceptions. *All refunds are subject to a $50 administrative fee and will be processed after the meeting.
