Airline Arrangements
Please arrange any flights through the carrier of your choice.
Ground Transportation/Parking:
The Ritz-Carlton, Washington, D.C. is located 15 minutes
from Ronald Reagan National Airport and approximately 45 minutes from Washington
Dulles International Airport.
Via Super Shuttle:
Upon arrival at Ronald Reagan National Airport, collect your
baggage and follow signs for Ground Transportation to the SuperShuttle boarding area,
located curbside at each terminal. A uniformed Guest Service Representative will assist
you between 6:30 AM & 11:30 PM. The approximate fare is $12.00 for the first passenger
/ $8.00 for each additional passenger, up to five.
From Washington Dulles International Airport collect your baggage and
follow signs towards Ground Transportation / Shared Ride Vans. SuperShuttle ticket
counters are located on the lower level, just before the exit. When your ticket number is
called, proceed outside where a uniformed Guest Service Representative will assist you.
The ticket counter is open from 6:00 AM to 10:30 PM, with Guest Service Representatives
available until 12:00 AM. The approximate fare is $25.00 for the first passenger / $8.00
for each additional passenger, up to five. For more information on Super Shuttle visit

Via taxi:
The fare to and from Ronald Reagan National Airport is
approximately $15 - $20 per person. The fare to and from Washington Dulles
International Airport is approximately $55 - $60 per person.
Parking at the Ritz-Carlton, Washington, D.C. is $18.00 (up to 4 hours)
per day or $30.00 for overnight.
