Workshop Binder

A complimentary binder of session materials will be given to you on site.

Online Materials Access

Pre-event: Some manuscripts will be available before the workshop. All registered attendees will receive a unique username and password in an email from our vendor approximately one week before the program to access these materials online.

Post-event: After the program, all registrants will be able to continue to use their unique usernames and passwords to access the materials website. Audio recordings of most sessions, PowerPoint presentations, and materials submitted on-site will be added shortly after the workshop. Attendees will receive an email from our vendor approximately one week after the program reminding them of their usernames and passwords. This website will be available for 30 days after the program ends.

Workshop Archive Multimedia CD-ROM

All workshop attendees will receive a complimentary copy of the workshop conference on cd-rom. Loaded with all the written materials (including materials that were not available before or during the conference), PowerPoint presentations, and audio recordings of most sessions, the archive disc is the most comprehensive record of the program available. The disc will ship approximately six to eight weeks after the workshop and can be used on your computer.

On-Site Written Materials

While at the conference, attendees can pick up manuscripts for each individual session they attend in the back of the session rooms. Written materials will be available in all session rooms to attendees in that session.

Complete Binder of Written Materials

Registrants may also purchase the full binder of materials, which contains the complete set of all written materials for all available sessions, including any additional materials submitted on-site or post-program by conference presenters. To order a binder, check the appropriate box on the registration form and include the purchase price with the amount remitted. The binder will be shipped directly to the address you provide on the registration form six to eight weeks after the conference. Cost: $229.
