Conference Materials
Included in Your Registration Fee:
Pre-Conference Web Access. All registered attendees will receive a unique username and password in an email from Conference Archives approximately one week before the conference to access the conference's written materials online.
On-Site Written Materials. While at the conference, attendees can pick up manuscripts for each individual session they attend in the back of the session rooms. Written materials will be available in all session rooms to attendees in that session. Empty binders will be distributed at registration for collection of these materials.
Post-Conference Web Access. After the conference, all registrants will be able to continue to use their unique usernames and passwords to access the Conference Archives website. Audio recordings of most sessions (discussion groups however, are not recorded), PowerPoint presentations, and materials submitted on site will be added shortly after the conference. Attendees will receive an email from Conference Archives shortly after the conference reminding them of their usernames and passwords. This website will be available for 90 days after the conference.
Searchable Multimedia DVD-ROM. All attendees will receive a complimentary copy of the entire conference on DVD-ROM. Loaded with all the written materials (including materials that were not available before or during the conference) and PowerPoint presentations, as well as audio recordings of most conference sessions, the DVD-ROM is the most comprehensive archive of the conference available. The DVD-ROM will ship approximately six to eight weeks after the conference and can be used on your computer.
Available to Purchase:
Complete Binder of Written Materials. In addition to the options above, the traditional binder of materials will again be available for purchase. Please Note: For registrants who order the binder, the binder will be shipped directly to the address you provide on the registration form after the conference. This will ensure that binders are truly complete and contain all session materials, including any additional materials submitted on-site or post-program by conference presenters. To order a binder, check the appropriate box on the registration form and include the purchase price with the amount remitted. Binders will ship six to eight weeks after the conference. Cost: $199
