Cancellation Policy

 


All requests for cancellations must be received in writing, via fax or email, no later than Friday, May 30, in order to receive a full refund (minus an administrative fee of $50.00).

Requests for cancellations after May 30 and by June 6 that are approved by NACUA will qualify for a 75% refund of the registration fee (minus an administrative fee of $50.00).

Requests for cancellations after June 6 and by June 13 that are approved will qualify for a 50% refund of the registration fee (minus an administrative fee of $50.00).

Requests for cancellations after June 13 that are approved will qualify for a 30% refund of the registration fee (minus an administrative fee of $50.00).

If requests for cancellations are not received by June 20, no refunds or credits will be issued for any reason, with no exceptions. All refunds will be processed after the Conference.
