NACUA is pleased to offer events designed to acclimate new member attorneys to their first Annual Conference, learn more about general higher education law issues, and meet fellow NACUA member attorneys. Whether you are a new attorney or an experienced attorney new to higher education law, we highly encourage you to attend the following events:

Pre-Conference Workshop for Lawyers New to Higher Education

Saturday, June 21-Sunday, June 22

This comprehensive and intensive workshop is designed to provide member attorneys new to the practice of higher education law with an orientation into key areas of the practice. For more information, please visit the Workshop website.

Lawyers New to NACUA Networking Luncheon

Sunday, June 22, 11:30 am – 12:45 pm

Join NACUA’s Board of Directors and Past Presidents for an informal networking luncheon! The luncheon will give new attendees the opportunity to meet NACUA leaders, as well as fellow new NACUA member attorneys.

New Member Colleague Program

Interested in connecting with NACUA members prior to the Conference? Consider joining the New Member Colleague program. Participants in the Colleague Program will be paired with an existing member of NACUA who can be contacted with questions about membership and networking opportunities and NACUA activities.
