Cancellation Policy

No full refunds after May 31, 2007. All requests for cancellations much be received in writing, via fax or email, no later than Thursday, May 31, in order to receive a full refund (minus an administrative fee of $50).

Requests for cancellations received after May 31 will be considered on a case-by-case basis and are subject to approval by NACUA and are not guaranteed.

· Requests between May 31 and June 7 that are approved by NACUA will quality for a 75% refund of the registration fee (minus an administrative fee of $50).
· Requests between June 7 and June 14 that are approved will qualify for a 50% refund of the registration fee (minus an administrative fee of $50).
· Requests after June 14 that are approved will qualify for a 30% refund of the registration fee (minus an administrative fee of $50).
· If requests are not
received by Monday, June 25: no refunds or credits will be issued for any reason, with no exceptions.

*All refunds will be processed after the Conference.
