Lawyers New to Higher Education Workshop
The Pre-Conference Workshop for Lawyers New to
Higher Education provides lawyers new to higher education law with an orientation into key
areas of practice, including FERPA, student discipline, and faculty concerns. Taught by
accomplished NACUA members, this foundation-building workshop is designed to bring you up
to speed whether you are a recent law school graduate or an experienced lawyer advising
