Conference Materials

Included in Your Registration Fee:
· Pre-Conference Web Access
All registered attendees will receive a unique username and password in an email from Conference Archives to access session materials before they come to the Conference. This access will be available in early June.

· Complete Binder of Written Materials.
The traditional Conference binder will again be available for purchase. Please Note: Registrants who order the Conference binder will ship directly to the address provided on your registration form after the Conference. This will ensure that binders are truly complete and contain all session materials, including any additional materials distributed on-site by Conference presenters. While at the Conference, pick up individual outlines for the sessions you attend in the session rooms.

· On-Site Written Materials
Written materials will be available in all session rooms to attendees in that session. Empty binders will be distributed at registration for collection of these materials.

· Post-Conference Web Access
After the Conference, all registrants will be able to continue to use their unique usernames and passwords (provided by Conference Archives) to access the online materials to which the audio and onsite materials will be added shortly after the Conference. This service will be available for 90 days following the Conference.

· Complete Binder of Written Materials
In addition to the options above, the traditional binder of materials will again be available for purchase. Please Note: For registrants who order the binder, the binder will be shipped directly to the address you provide on the registration form after the Conference. This will ensure that binders are truly complete and contain all session materials, including any additional materials distributed on-site by Conference presenters. While at the Conference, feel free to access the individual session outlines that will be provided in the session rooms. To order a binder, check the appropriate box on the registration form and include the purchase price with the amount remitted. Binders will ship six to eight weeks after the Conference. Cost: $69

· Searchable CD-ROM
Again this year, we will offer the entire Conference on CD-ROM. Loaded with all the written materials (including materials that were not available before or during the Conference), as well as audio of most Conference sessions, the CD-ROM is the most comprehensive archive of the Conference available. The CD-ROM will ship approximately four to six weeks after the Conference and can be used on your desktop computer. Cost: $69
