Conference Materials
Written Materials Available in Multiple Formats!

1. Pre-Conference Web Access
All registered attendees will receive a unique username and password in an email from Conference Archives to access session materials before they come to the Conference. This access will be available in early June.
Included in your registration fee.

2. Onsite Written Materials
Written materials will be available in all session rooms to attendees in that session. Empty binders will be distributed at registration for collection of these materials.

3. Complete Binder of Written Materials.
The traditional Conference binder will again be available for purchase. Please Note: Registrants who order the Conference binder will ship directly to the address provided on your registration form after the Conference. This will ensure that binders are truly complete and contain all session materials, including any additional materials distributed on-site by Conference presenters. While at the Conference, pick up individual outlines for the sessions you attend in the session rooms.

To order a Conference binder, check the appropriate box on the registration form and include the purchase price with the amount remitted. Binders will ship3-6 weeks after the Conference.

4. Searchable CD-ROM
NACUA will again offer the entire Conference on CD-ROM. Loaded with all the written materials and PowerPoints (including materials that are not included in the complete binder), as well as audio of most Conference sessions, the CD-ROM is the most comprehensive archive of the Conference available. The CD-ROM will ship approximately 2-4 weeks after the Conference and can be used on your desktop or laptop computer.
Cost: $59.00

5. Post-Conference Web Access
After the Conference, all registrants will be able to continue to use their usernames and passwords they received from Conference Archives to access the online materials to which the audio and onsite materials will be added shortly after the Conference. This service will be available for three months following the Conference.
