This program will be of interest to college and university counsel advising the institution on compliance with federal reporting and disclosure requirements tied to the institution's participation in federal student financial aid programs. The presenters will assume registrants have some familiarity with the reporting and disclosure requirements existing prior to enactment of the Higher Education Opportunity Act.
