This program will be of interest to college and university counsel advising the university on governance, contracting and employment policies, and specifically on drafting, revising and implementing conflict of interest policies. The presenters will assume registrants have some familiarity with the basic principles and concepts involved in conflicts of interest. Campus administrators who may benefit from the program include senior institutional officers and institutional officials involved in conflict of interest matters. After reviewing the program schedule, members may wish to consider inviting these or other administrators on their campus to join them for the program.
