What to Expect

Before the Seminar
1. Confirmation Email. After you register online, you will receive a confirmation/receipt email from KRM with your payment details.

2. What you will need: To participate in the Web presentation, you will need a PC with an Internet connection, loaded with a Web browser. You should test your browser through KRM before the event. You will also need a touch-tone phone (speakerphone is best). For more detailed information, click here.

3. Connection Instructions and Speaker Materials. A day or two before the event, you will receive an email from KRM. This email will contain connection instructions for both the phone and internet, as well as a link to the pdf of speaker materials for you to download.

After the Seminar
1. Discussion Website. Immediately after the seminar, you will receive an email from NACUA with a link to the post-event discussion website for any follow-up questions you may have.
